- ** Consultative Expertise**: Applies problem-solving skills as a solutions-based expert.
- ** Industry Insight**: Identifies key industry issues and develops commercial offerings.
- ** Market Awareness**: Enhances company visibility through engagements and publications.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- ** Experience**: Around 10 years in life sciences or management consulting.
- ** Client Relationships**: Strong relationships with senior-level clients.
- ** Expertise**: Deep knowledge in at least one CoE area and broad industry knowledge.
- ** Business Development**: Exemplary skills in business development.
- ** Consulting Knowledge**: Understanding of consulting methods and tools.
