We are looking to hire a Product UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team. As a product designer, you’ll influence our organization and the user experience of our platform, improving its design and usability, and articulating opportunities for continued enhancements. If you are an experienced Product Designer with strong verbal and visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented spirit—let’s talk. In this role, you will: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Engineering Lead Design incredible experiences with consistency, and attention to detail Research user needs, observe users behaviors, communicate the insights and design evidence-based solutions Contribute to our Design System, UI Guidelines, and their maintenance We’re excited about you because: You are passionate about building features customers love You love Figma as much as we do You love improving the user experience. You demonstrate empathy for our customers, the ability to understand their needs, and manifest them in optimally-designed sketches, wireframes, and prototypes You have exceptional verbal and visual communication skills You are comfortable working with ‘just enough’ data to make informed decisions You have experience working in Agile software development, and a familiarity with SaaS products You provide and accept constructive feedback in a timely and direct manner You deftly handle multiple work streams simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

**Requisitos**:
This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience designing and shipping features, including: Identifying success metrics/KPI’s Specifying performance requirements Rapid prototyping Designing for multiple platforms and screens Defining and evolving design systems Delivering engineering-friendly design specifications and documentation Familiarity with version control We want to see more than your portfolio. Please submit work samples and/or case studies that show us how you work through the process, and the outcome of those efforts.
