HTD is thrilled to announce that we’re building a new team right here in the vibrant heart of Buenos Aires, and we’re looking for a proactive, passionate IT Recruitment Specialist to join us on this exciting journey. If you’re ready to dive into a dynamic role, help shape our new team, and make an impact in the IT recruitment world, this is your chance to shine

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet HTD’s internal hiring needs.
- Hunt for top talent using direct search and other creative sourcing channels.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market trends to stay ahead of the game.
- Drive improvements and streamline processes to support our recruitment team.
- Collaborate with our People Operations team on exciting joint projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, in the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of the IT sector and its unique talent needs.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive, engaged approach and a sense of ownership for your projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Creativity and openness to tackle new challenges and embrace new experiences.
- Independence and initiative to drive results on your own.
- Communicative English (B2+ or higher) to collaborate with our global team.
- Bonus points: Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a big plus
