**Sobre el Rol**:
En GBS Group creemos en el poder del contenido educativo y estratégico para conectar con nuestra audiencia y potenciar nuestra marca. Como YouTube Specialist Freelance, serás responsable de liderar la planificación, estrategia, análisis y publicación del contenido de video en nuestros canales de YouTube: GBS Group y LLC Hub.

Este rol combina creatividad, pensamiento analítico y habilidades de coordinación para asegurar que cada video cumpla con objetivos específicos de visibilidad, retención y engagement.

Trabajarás en conjunto con los equipos de Marketing, Edición y Diseño para garantizar una ejecución alineada con la estrategia de contenido y los estándares de calidad del canal.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Planificación**:

- Coordinar con el equipo de Marketing y Management para conocer cuáles son los temas generales que se desean impulsar durante el mes/periodo.
- Planificar los temas que saldrán durante el mes (Grilla de contenido) para los canales de GBS y LLC Hub. Requisito 1 Video/semana/plataforma (8 videos/mes en total). Duración de videos entre 8-20 minutos (aproximado, puede variar).
- Crear el documento, “guión” de cada video que se deba grabar en base a material proporcionado por GBS (contenido original, no re-usado de otros videos más largos).
- **Análisis**:

- Analizar métricas de desempeño de los canales y videos.
- Presentar un reporte mensual a management sobre desempeño del mes, qué funcionó y qué no, qué cosas podemos mejorar y qué otras cosas podemos dejar de hacer.
- Realizar análisis de contenido ya publicado para identificar puntos de mejora y cosas que han funcionado o no funcionaron anteriormente.
- **Coordinación**:

- Crear documento de “Dirección creativa” de cada video que se deba grabar para asegurar que el equipo está en la misma página sobre los requisitos y objetivos de cada video.
- Coordinar con equipo de edición para asegurarse que contenido es editado de la forma correcta, bajo las directrices del video y en tiempo para publicación según grilla de contenido.
- Coordinar con el creador de miniaturas de vídeos para obtener miniaturas según los requisitos solicitados.
- Publicar los videos con titulos y descripciones relevantes al video.

**Requisitos del perfil**:

- Experiência previa manejando y haciendo crecer canales de YouTube.
- Conocimiento sólido de las mejores prácticas de YouTube (algoritmo, SEO, thumbnails, retención, CTR, visualizaciones, watch time, etc).
- Experiência redactando guiones para videos.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización, coordinación y comunicación con equipos creativos.
- Creatividad para proponer nuevas ideas de contenido alineadas con los objetivos de la marca.
- Enfoque analítico para interpretar métricas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Autonomía y proactividad para liderar todo el proceso de contenido de principio a fin.
