About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent for our multiple vacancies worldwide. This isn't just an internship: it's a foundational learning experience where you'll gain hands-on expertise in direct search and sourcing methodologies in a truly global context. You'll learn best practices, develop a solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and become an expert in finding the right people for the right roles, no matter where they are

This role offers a unique opportunity to:
**Master Direct Sourcing**: Learn the art and science of proactive talent identification, including advanced search techniques and tools.

**Make a Real Impact**: People are our core business. Contribute directly to building our future talent pipeline by bringing in the best talent on the market.

**What You'll Do**:
- Collaborating and partnering with our Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business.

**What You Need For This Role**:
- English fluency is a MUST, proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage, allowing you to connect with a wider pool of global talent.
- You have a genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.
- You don't wait for opportunities; you create them
- You can articulate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
