**What You Will Do**:

- Familiarity with designing and implementing monitoring strategies for complex IT environments
- Create detailed timelines and other supporting documentation
- Work with partner teams to provide technical analysis of cases to assist in the development of mitigation and detection techniques
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Work with partner teams to automate and improve processes to help support business growth
- Document solutions & decisions across the whole development cycle
- Identify trends on the monitored IT systems that could impact business operations
- Experience with APM Tools - ELK, Datadog and/or New Relic.
- Experience with SIEM tools
- Experience in survey and diagramming of architectures
- Knowledge of the industry and how it works
- Experience in troubleshooting and managing cloud infrastructure production environments in AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with REST APIs in a microservices architecture
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Experience with Database - MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- Experience with ticketing systems. - Jira Service Management / SW / Confluence
- Upper-Intermediate or above English level

**It Is a Plus If You Have**
- Programming languages: Java
- Working experience in an Agile organization
- Knowledge in ITIL methodologies
- Experience in execution of security tests, vulnerabilities and stress tests
- Experience with Cloudflare or other CDN services
