Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (Azure) (Ref-Lch) We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with deep experience in Azure cloud, CI/CD automation, and secure workload identity. This role is ideal for someone who masters modern DevOps practices, understands cloud architecture at scale, and can lead the design and implementation of end-to-end delivery pipelines and platform capabilities. You will be responsible for architecting and operating cloud infrastructure, enabling secure deployments, improving reliability, and partnering with development and security teams to build a mature and automated cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Cloud Platform Engineering Architect, build, and maintain Azure cloud environments following best practices and least-privilege security models. Manage and automate Azure resources including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Storage, VNETs, and RBAC. Design and maintain landing zones, subscription structures, and tenant-level governance. CI/CD & Automation Build reusable GitHub Actions pipelines across multiple environments (dev/test/uat/prod). Implement secure authentication to Azure using OIDC-based federated credentials. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform. Create standardized workflows, templates, and automation patterns for engineering teams. Identity & Security Design and manage App Registrations, Service Principals, and Enterprise Applications. Implement and enforce least-privilege access policies. Manage secrets and configuration using Azure Key Vault and secure identity practices. Reliability & Operations Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Optimize performance, scaling, and resilience across App Services and serverless workloads. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements. Develop rollback strategies and automated validations for application and infrastructure deployments. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, RBAC, networking). Expert-level hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, environments, and secure pipeline design. Understanding of App Registration lifecycle. Strong Terraform experience (modules, state management, best practices). Solid experience with observability: logs, metrics, traces, alerts. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Nice to Have Experience with multi-tenant identity scenarios. Understanding of modern security practices: Zero Trust, workload identity, RBAC boundaries. Soft Skills Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ownership mindset with attention to detail and consistency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
