Agente de Customer Service

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Agente de Customer Service para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Resolución y seguimiento de consultas y/ó reclamos a través de nuestra plataforma de gestión digital.
- Soporte operativo en redes sociales en todo lo relacionado a servicio al cliente.
- Reconocer y reportar constantemente las necesidades de nuestros clientes, para luego poder hacer las mejoras necesarias en los procesos internos de la compañía.
- Soporte post venta de todos los servicios/productos que ofrece la compañía.
- Notificación y reacomodo de pasajeros ante reprogramaciones de vuelos.
- Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivo diario en el caudal de casos a trabajar/resolver.

**Requisitos**:

- Contar con experiência previa mínima de 2 años en tareas de atención al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades expeditivas y resolutivas.
- Vocación de servicio, empatía, y excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
- Experiência en el rubro transporte (deseable).
- Manejo del idioma de inglés intermedio/ avanzado
- Manejo intermedio de Paquete office.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un equipo y ambiente dinámico, de manera resolutiva
