**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position will support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks related to employee management.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- ⁠ ⁠Manage and administer new hire onboarding processes
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain employee documents and records
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with induction and training coordination
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate on updates to HR policies and procedures
- ⁠ ⁠Provide support in benefits and compensation management
- ⁠ ⁠Perform various administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- ⁠ ⁠Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ⁠ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time management skills
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of labor legislation and local regulations
