We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position will support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks related to employee management.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage and administer new hire onboarding processes
- Prepare and maintain employee documents and records
- Assist with induction and training coordination
- Collaborate on updates to HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in benefits and compensation management
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and local regulations
