**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The HR Benefits Intern reports to the Benefits Team Lead. The HR Benefits Intern reports directly to Benefits Team Lead. The primary function and purpose of this position is to give support in various administrative and project-based tasks related to Benefits. This role involves assisting with enrollments, changes, and terminations, resolving employee inquiries, and maintaining benefits data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support with benefits invoices and reconciles discrepancies.
- Respond to employee's concerns
- Process benefits-related transactions, such as tickets, beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records in Workday and other systems.
- Assist with the preparation of benefits communications materials, such as open enrollment information.
- Assist with benefits reporting and audits.
- Participate in benefits projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience with Excel desired

Language Requirements

English mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1].

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills (internal and external).
