At VML, we are seeking a Project Lead to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is focused on leadership—of people, process, and delivery—guiding Project Managers and teams to success across regional and global projects. You will act as a key orchestrator between business strategy and execution, ensuring we deliver exceptional work that meets both client goals and internal standards.

You bring a strong ability to zoom out for vision and alignment, while knowing when to zoom in to guide, remove blockers, or challenge assumptions. You're trusted by clients and respected by teams.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-stream projects and programs across creative, data, tech, and media capabilities.
- Act as a senior contact point for internal stakeholders and clients, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Project Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring consistency in delivery practices.
- Define and optimize delivery frameworks and workflows, in partnership with Operations and Capability Leads.
- Anticipate risks and challenges, proactively putting plans in place to address them.
- Align teams on scope, priorities, and resources while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with client leads and capability heads to ensure feasibility, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to pitches and new business efforts by designing delivery approaches and estimating project structures.

**What you bring**
- 7+ years of experience in project leadership roles within creative, digital, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Project Managers or cross-functional delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ability to flex as needed.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect delivery with broader strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing and/or digital transformation programs.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
