We are looking for a **JR **Operations Analyst** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Supervise and optimize operational processes during night shifts and weekends.
- Analyze and manage large volumes of operational and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational and financial systems during assigned shifts.
- Generate reports and presentations.
- Propose and execute continuous improvement initiatives that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced student in a Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Availability to work night shifts and on weekends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in Data Science or data analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is desirable.
