We are seeking an experienced **Sr. WordPress/PHP Developer** to help us build our new website. This role is part of the Marketing team and will work collaboratively with Design, Content, Demand Generation, SEO, and Product Marketing to deliver a high-performing website.

**What You'll Do**

• Develop intuitive, user-centric landing pages and web components based on high-fidelity designs provided by our UX/UI Designer.
• Make use of page builders, such as Elementor, to create reusable templates that can be used by the rest of the Marketing team (content, SEO, demand gen, events).
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Implement best practices and always adhere to coding web standards.
• Support design and development of A/B tests.
• Handle routine WordPress maintenance such as hosting management, updates, and content/SEO additions/changes.
• QA and troubleshoot website UI, performance issues, and bugs when they arise
• Follow and communicate industry best practices on web development such as accessibility, website performance, and site architecture

**What We're Looking For**

• Proficiency in PHP8/HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including its core functions, API, themes, and plugins
• Have at least 2 years of experience developing and deploying websites with hosting server management, configurations, environments (SaaS)
• Familiar with security and vulnerabilities of WordPress, set up and manage SSL certificates
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience working on website redesign/rebranding projects and CMS migrations.
• Experience with creating/editing custom WordPress themes, widgets and plugins
• Experience working with builders (Elementor Pro at a minimum, others a plus), Advanced Custom Fields, and Blocks.
• Optimize website performance, with Google PageSpeed optimization, demonstrated experience, must know the importance of SEO/SEM and have experience working with SEO plugins. (Understanding of SEO best practices)
• English level C1
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Knowledge of microdata formats like Schema
• Experience with Jamstack (Headless WordPress)
• Expertise in building and scaling atomic design components across multiple websites.
