As a **WordPress (React / Full Stack) Developer**, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative web solutions. You'll combine your expertise in WordPress with modern development practices to design, develop, and maintain custom themes, plugins, and integrations. Additionally, you will work on the front end using React, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

This is a dynamic role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized web experiences.

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Build and integrate custom APIs and third-party services.
- Leverage React to develop dynamic, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices like code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to bring features to life.

**Requirements**:
**To Join Us, You Should Have**:

- 1-2 years of experience working with WordPress development.
- Familiarity with React and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Understanding of WordPress core and database architecture.
- Knowledge of modern build tools like Webpack, NPM, or Yarn.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- **Fluent English proficiency (B2/C1)** for effective communication and documentation.

**Bonus Points for Experience With**:

- Custom WordPress theme or plugin development.
- WooCommerce or e-commerce projects.
- Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack or NPM.
- Experience optimizing WordPress sites for speed and performance.
- Exposure to headless WordPress concepts or GraphQL.
