**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, diagnose and resolve the requests routed from Level 1 support, escalating unresolved requests to the next level of support
- Provide Level 2 support including root cause analysis, proposing and implementing structural solutions, testing, and tracking the resolution for problems escalated from Level 3
- Act as SME on the Financial Management business processes and SAP functionality and support end users on performing the Financial Management business processes within SAP
- Participate in the project work, new implementations and planning of future system enhancements as needed, integration testing, regression testing, user training if needed, and post go-live support
- Assist with the creation of comprehensive functional and process designs that address the needs of key stakeholders from the business
- Assist with non-transport configuration activities for the FI-CO modules (e.g., accounts payable, general ledger, asset management and banking and treasury) to satisfy business requirements and business process design
- Provide input to and support creation of SAP training and SAP knowledge management documentation as it relates to the specific functional area of expertise
- Participate in the build, deployment, testing and remediation of SAP release(s)
- Create documentation suitable for internal systems control and end users which include Business Process Procedures
- Able to work occasional early morning, evening or weekend hours for production support, upgrade or other projects as necessary. May also work various shifts to match personal home life and other team members work hours around the world as desired. Changes to hours should be discussed with manager.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Strong written and spoken communication skills are also mandatory including the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences
- Bachelor's in Technology, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience with the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
- Experience with End User support on performing business processes within SAP, preferably Financial Management processes
- Legal industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting, financial, and budgetary reporting
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to the packaged software in order to coordinate and assist with the detailed functional design tasks
- Application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework from systems analysis to functional (non-transport) configuration and testing
- Demonstrated ability to meet expectations of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with various categories and levels of customers
- If participating in project related activities, ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to the packaged software in order to coordinate and assist with the detailed functional design tasks
