**What you need to have to be considered**
- **Drupal Architecture** - Mastery of the system’s core is essential for designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
- **Module Development** - Custom module creation is at the heart of tailoring Drupal to complex business needs.
- **PHP** - Since Drupal is built on PHP, strong command of the language (especially OOP) is foundational.
- **Entity API** - Deep knowledge here ensures seamless handling of nodes, users, and taxonomy, which drives data architecture.
- **Database** - Optimizing MySQL/PostgreSQL is key for performance and reliability in production environments.

**These will help you stand out**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Good English Level (B2 or above)
