We are seeking a detail-oriented **Junior Game Tester** to be part of our newly established Performance Playtesting Team. This position focuses on ensuring top-tier gaming experiences and fostering a fair competitive environment for players of all skill levels.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct playtesting activities across various game titles, incorporating both structured test-case-based testing and exploratory-style approaches
- Set up consoles and mobile devices for playtesting sessions
- Utilize necessary tools and platforms to execute daily tasks
- Report identified defects
- Fill out post-playtesting questionnaires

**Requirements**:

- Active gaming background: familiarity with multiple titles, genres, and platforms
- Advanced knowledge of PC/Windows
- Discretion when handling protected client information
- Flexibility to join planned weekend overtime shifts, once per quarter
- In-office work availability, starting 9-9:30 AM (UTC -04)
- A2+ written and B1 spoken level of English

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of game testing processes, including experience with A/B playtesting and functional testing
- Background in functional testing fundamentals: theory, processes, and tools
- Proficiency in logging bugs in Jira
