**Acerca de la posición**:
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Facility Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Ubicación**: San Telmo, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 horas.

**Tipo de contrato**: A tiempo indefinido.

**Objetivo de la posición**:
Esta posición deberá organizar y coordinar actividades administrativas y de infraestructura en las instalaciones del cliente de acuerdo con los planes establecidos. El rol es crucial para garantizar la operativa diaria del sitio, brindando soporte en el mismo y atendiendo las solicitudes de los usuarios. Así mismo, deberá asistir al área de Facilities & General Services con la administración y coordinación de Soft & Hard Services en edificio del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
Trabajar en conjunto con el Facility Manager en las actividades diarias.
Asegurar el funcionamiento correcto del edificio y el confort de los ocupantes del mismo.
Coordinación y control de Soft Services en el sitio (Insumos en Print Points, Máquinas de Café).
Coordinación y control de Hard Services en el sitio (Mantenimiento edilicio, Limpieza, Gestión de residuos).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos del área.
Coordinación de envío y control de documentación legal de proveedores para ingreso al sitio.
Auditar los preventivos del Sistema de Energía Eléctrica.
Auditar los preventivos del Sistema de Red de Incendios.
Elaboración de reportes para la medición del servicio.
Soporte a otras tareas dentro de la cuenta.
Tareas en software de ERP, Solicitud de Pedidos, seguimiento de órdenes de compra y liberación, certificaciones.
Atención de reclamos de clientes internos.
Tareas administrativas generales de los servicios gestionados. (trato directo con proveedores, manejo de presupuesto, precios unitarios y cotizaciones, etc.).

**Requisitos**:
Técnico en Administración o estudiante/graduado de carrera universitaria.
1 a 2 años de experiência en roles similares administrativos.

**Conocimientos avanzados en paquete de herramientas Office**: Es valorado.
Conocimiento en SAP es valorado.
Perfil analítico y organizativo.
Velocidad de respuesta y eficiente en el seguimiento de solicitudes.
Predisposición y colaboración para trabajar en equipo.
Relacionamiento y comunicación con personal de las distintas áreas.
Orientación de atención al cliente interno y externo.
Capacidad de adaptarse a los cambios de manera flexible y colaborativa.
