**Description and Requirements**:
The **Worldwide Sales Operations** team is seeking a **Business Intelligence Analyst** with strong SQL skills, experience in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of access and control management for sensitive data environments.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop end-to-end BI solutions: including ETL processes, dashboard design, review cycles, and publishing to production environments.
- Recommend and implement visualization features/designs that best meet the analytical needs of business users.
- Build dashboards that support and drive informed decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and analytical models.
- Collaborate across teams and functions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with information management governance policies.

**Security & Access Control Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and manage access control processes for BI environments handling sensitive or confidential data.
- Administer user roles and permissions in compliance with internal data governance and security standards.
- Audit and monitor access to BI assets and data pipelines to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align BI practices with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Provide ongoing support to operational teams in the design and execution of reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.
- Manage BI-related projects, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
- Propose and document system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in access control and data security practices in BI environments.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Desirable Knowledge**
- Power BI (PBI)
- Databricks
- Experience in multiple industries is a plus
