**Job Summary**:
As a **Business Intelligence Developer**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that deliver valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, helping to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in designing BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations, that meet the strategic and operational needs of the business.
- Recommend solutions based on best practices, balancing practicality and business value.
- Raise concerns for unfeasible solutions, and obstacles that prevent solutions from being implemented.
- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from various internal and external sources.
- Facilitate support from business stakeholders in answering engineering questions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, finance) to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver BI solutions that drive actionable insights.
- Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau ensuring they are tailored to the needs of different business units.
- Work with the data engineering team to design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, transforming raw data into clean, structured formats ready for analysis and reporting.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of BI data, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and meet user requirements. This includes Tableau data environment (Tableau Flow), investigating and preventing stale data in reports.
- Strive for high performance of BI tools and reports, focusing on optimization and ensuring that queries and visualizations are fast and efficient.
- Identifying bottlenecks where possible for engineering to support.
- Maintain thorough documentation on BI processes, models, and tools.
- Provide training to business users to ensure they can make the most of the BI solutions you develop.

**Requirements**:

- +2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and associated BI services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
