As the Education Employability Manager at Aleph Holding, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing projects to enhance the employability of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining contact with Aleph clients to identify job opportunities for our certified students, as well as designing and delivering Job Preparation Program workshops and content focused on various aspects of employability. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress and success of our Digital Marketing certified students.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Project Design and Development: Collaborate with the Education Team to design and develop projects that aim to improve the employability of our students, ensuring alignment with Aleph's goals and objectives.
- Employer Engagement: Establish and maintain effective relationships with Aleph clients and external organizations to identify job opportunities suitable for our certified students.
- Job Preparation Program: Design and deliver workshops and develop content to enhance students' job preparation skills. Topics may include Personal Branding, CV Writing, Job Hunting Strategies, Networking, Interview Techniques, Salary Negotiation, Contract Understanding, and more.
- Follow-up and Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to Digital Marketing certified students, monitoring their progress, and offering assistance as needed.
- Student Career Development: Collaborate with the Career Services team to develop resources and strategies that support students' long-term career growth and success.
- Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends and changes related to employability, job market demands, and digital marketing skills to inform program development and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of employability initiatives, gather feedback from students and employers, and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and success stories.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project design and management, preferably in an education or employability-focused context.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and job market trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with students, employers, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging workshops and create compelling educational content.
- Knowledge of career development strategies, job search techniques, and employment-related topics.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content creation, presentation, and data analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for education, career development, and empowering students to achieve their professional goals.
