**Main Purpose**
- The Operational Excellence Coordinator drives the overall Operational Excellence (OE) Program: PSS (Product Supply system). Drives a continuous improvement culture in all areas to optimize the global asset footprint of the Company.

**Your mission will be to**
- Maintenance and tracking of the Operational Excellence master plan.
- Coordination of activities with strategical positions in other departments to guarantee the full implementation of concepts in every phase of PSS.
- Identify gaps & Assure capabilities and processes are in place according to each PSS.
- Represent the Site in Global and Regional (cluster) Operational Excellence bodies.
- Identification, coordination and independent execution of Operational Excellence projects (Six Sigma, Lean, TPM).
- Leading cross functional teams and coaching of project leads/team members.
- Leading OE projects with focus in process stability.
- Project review and supervision of implementation of improvement activities.
- Coaching and support of colleagues in Operational Excellence activities and projects.
- Execution of trainings as part of the Operational Excellence initiative.
- Preparation, moderation and follow-up of workshops, communication activities and visualization of results.
- Coordination of local initiatives, e.g. +Simple.

**Unlock your potential**
- University degree in engineering and/or science
- Experience from 3-5 years
- Profound knowledge of Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) and project management
- Expertise in communication, training and coordination
- Result and customer focused, Business drive and leadership skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to steer a multidisciplinary team, able to deliver results
