As a full-service video production agency, we collaborate with some of the world’s leading companies, delivering high-quality television campaigns across Australia and the U.S., generating over 1.3 billion views.
This role requires energy, resilience, and a “hustle” mentality. You’ll be responsible for pitching to new business prospects and generating video content concepts for clients, primarily senior decision-makers in ecommerce and technology sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge startups and leading tech brands, building lasting relationships and driving growth for our agency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of video production opportunities with global startups and technology companies.
- Engage with key decision makers, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the Account Director on team reporting, KPIs, and coaching the sales and strategy teams on best practices.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, encouraging repeat business and ongoing engagement with our video production services.
- Assist in training and coaching the sales team to improve techniques and performance.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Smart, tenacious, and goal-oriented with the ability to overcome objections.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging marketing heads, managers, and social media executives in discovery meetings.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ambitious, driven by identifying new business opportunities, and creative in delivering tailored solutions to clients.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or new business generation role within creative, digital, tech, or ecommerce industries.
- Experience working within an agency or a background in media/communications is a plus.
