Estamos en la búsqueda de un **Lead Machine Learning Engineer** para sumarse al equipo de una compañía innovadora, especializada en soluciones de inteligencia artificial de vanguardia con un enfoque en machine learning.

Buscamos ingenieros con conocimientos demostrados de programación y diseño de sistemas. Dado que la empresa siempre está buscando nuevas herramientas y tecnologías que aborden mejor sus problemas, valoran a los profesionales que les gusta aprender cosas nuevas, son autónomos y proactivos para traer e implementar sus ideas.

Como Lead Machine Learning Engineer, trabajarás directamente con varios equipos, como ingenieros de software y ciencia de datos, para desarrollar plataformas extraordinarias que se utilizan en los modelos de machine learning.

**¿Qué vas a obtener?**:

- Trabajar en un entorno ágil con un equipo multidisciplinario de ingenieros y científicos de datos para diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de machine learning complejas.
- Aprender mucho sobre el estado del arte de Machine Learning
- Desarrollar una plataforma de Machine Learning escalable para entrenar modelos grandes en miles de millones de muestras.
- Entrenar a otros compañeros de equipo y convertirte en una referencia para la implementación técnica.
- Trabajar de manera autosuficiente y autónoma.
- Crear, mantener y compartir la documentación técnica utilizada por los ingenieros y otros miembros del equipo.
**¿Qué se requiere que sepas?**:

- BA/BS en Informática, Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería, Estadística o cualquier otro campo STEM.
- Desarrollo y programación, preferentemente en Python.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de pensamiento crítico.
- Sentirte cómodo interactuando y coordinando con otros equipos, liderando la ejecución.
- Más de 3 años de experiência en la industria en el rol de ingeniero de ML.
