Rol: Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)
En
IVCISA
buscamos profesionales capaces de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos de Machine Learning end-to-end, colaborando con equipos de datos, cloud y clientes para generar soluciones de alto impacto.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Construcción de modelos de clasificación, regresión, clustering y recomendación.
  • Feature engineering, limpieza y transformación de datos.
  • Entrenamiento, validación y optimización de modelos.
  • Integración de modelos mediante APIs y soporte para despliegues productivos.
  • Documentación técnica y comunicación clara de resultados.
  • Trabajo conjunto con arquitectos, data engineers y equipos internos.
  • Propuesta de mejoras y evolución hacia ML avanzado y GenAI.

Requisitos Mandatorios

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia práctica en ML.
  • Dominio de Python para Machine Learning.
  • Experiencia con scikit-learn y PyTorch o TensorFlow.
  • SQL intermedio y manejo avanzado de Pandas/Numpy.
  • Conocimientos en métricas, calidad de datos y feature engineering.
  • Uso de Git e integración básica de modelos en producción.

Deseables

  • Experiencia en AWS u otras nubes.
  • Conceptos de MLOps (pipelines, monitoreo, versionado).
  • Experiencia con modelos generativos / LLMs.
  • Experiencia previa en consultoría.

  • Autónomo/a, analítico/a y orientado/a a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Interés real en aplicar ML a casos de negocio.
  • Proyección hacia roles Senior o Arquitectura de IA/ML.
