**Job Description**:
He/She will be responsible for expanding our power and gas related activities and will work closely with the local and regional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

**Essential responsibilities**
- Support local company establishment and coordination with stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, contract registration and document management.
- Identifying power and gas wholesale opportunities in BiH.
- Originating and executing power and gas transactions in the wholesale market, making pricing strategies & forecasts, handling internal reporting as well as relationships with clients & other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure, including credit and market risk.
- Generate renewable energy projects and opportunities.
- Develop systems, reports, and models to facilitate decision-making.
- Support the company’s expansion strategy and market set-up.
- Ensure stable, safe, legal, and regulatory compliance of all operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Master degree in business, economics or engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in power and/or gas sector within BiH and/or the West Balkan region.
- Expertise in managing wholesale electricity and gas market operations and deal origination, with understanding of energy market fundamentals.
- Fluent in both Serbian and English.
- Knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is a plus.
