Right now, we are looking for a
**Technical Manager Blockchain** in Argentina to join our team at Globant
- You will get the chance to:_
- Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.
- Develop your career in the Studios. Mentor and coach a team of tech leads and architects.
- Inspire a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
- Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures to ensure the success of the teams.
- Hunt and farm new avenues for business growth thereby contributing to the hyper-growth story of the company.
- Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards in the Blockchain studio. Be part of an agile pod driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality, and autonomy.
- Business Analysis:_
- Responsible for documenting flows, creating event diagrams, documenting overall strategy
- Facilitate workshops to review flows, gather requirements
- Work with Product and Tech leads to organize strategy and distribute work
- Requirement analysis
- Technical Analysis:_
- Review documentation, codebase and meet with team members to document flows, create diagrams
- Detect issues in implementation against the different processes, recommend fixes
- Nice to have: - Project Management experience
