**Who we are**

Lind Capital is a highly specialised technology-based trading company based in Aarhus C. We use a market-neutral approach and create value independently of market increase or decrease. With our business model based on technology and data, we complete several thousand trades daily. By employing our deep market knowledge and well-tested, customised systems and tools, we gain informational insights that we then act on.

You become part of our Finance, Risk & Operations team consisting of nine full-time employees and three Student Assistants, who work closely to manage risk and capital in a dynamic environment. Our informal and fun atmosphere in the team goes hand in hand with creating exciting results, supporting Lind Capital’s growth journey.

As an Intern in our team, you will play an important role in developing our risk management, finance, and operational activities, bringing us to the next level. You will meet a lot of freedom with responsibility and get the opportunity to influence our financial and strategic agenda.

- study a Master’s degree where you have the opportunity to do an internship
- have an interest in finance and data as well as a problem-solving mindset
- have good academic results and consider yourself a superuser of Excel
- might also have experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python

However, the most important factor is that you are a fast learner who quickly grasps complex problems and have a burning interest in the financial markets.

**Your workday**

As an Intern at Lind Capital, you work closely with experienced colleagues who are experts within their field. Your primary role will be to support with analyses and create insight around our finance, risk, and operations activities. For instance, it includes developing strategic or financial analyses of specific risk parameters and BI reports in collaboration with users from different teams. Focusing on data transformation, you will also be involved in Python and SQL related projects and work with financial Excel forecast models.

For instance, you become part of our Student & Intern network, where all Student Workers and Interns from our different teams gather for fun, informal events.
