As Regional Legal & Labour Relations Partner you support the business in collaboration with Business Partners, P&C Services and others. You will bring business, change, consulting and learning know-how into a trusted partnership with line managers to create value and assist them reach their business goal.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer the collective bargaining, engagement and containment processes;
- Provide advice to management, People & Culture (P&C) and employees on employee relations issues;
- Grievance research and resolution, collaborating with management, other P&C functions, Compliance, employees and union representatives throughout LATAM Countries;
- Partner with leadership to maintain and encourage relationships with employees that ensures a culture where management preserves the direct relationship with employees;
- Partner with P&C Business Partner to support the realization of the employee life cycle (performance appraisal, employee survey, talent reviews) in LATAM countries;
- Carry out positive employee relations and containment processes for multiple locations in LATAM;
- Secure legal labour relations compliance and act in projects (i.e. remote office contract adjustments);
- Provide operational advice and counsel to management, P&C and support groups on a broad range of labor relations issues;
- Engange and guide collective or individual labour negotiations whenever needed;
- Develop partnerships with business leaders, HR functions and union leadership to create integrated solutions that will facilitate a culture based on relationships, trust and engagement;
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of relevant BA degree ideally with several years in related HR function.
- Business Partnering experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated Employee Labour Relations background
- Good business insight, with experience presenting to and influencing business leaders, pragmatic approach to problem solving, experience designing and project supervising effective people programs
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese would be desirable
- Experience with other LATAM countries besides Argentina is plus;
