**The role**:
As the Sales Manager for Argentina, you will lead and expand a high-performing sales team while driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop account plans, oversee sales operations, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to accelerate market adoption of our solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives. - Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a structured and disciplined sales process.
- Utilize value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sales to maximize customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance market reach.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience leading and growing a high-performing sales team in Argentina.
- Strong track record in enterprise sales, exceeding quotas, and managing national accounts.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Deep understanding of structured sales methodologies and value-based selling approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven mindset.

This is a key leadership role in Argentina, requiring a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
