Influx is seeking to hire an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and be responsible for the Human Resources function in their region, excluding the Learning and Development function.
This is a remote position. You’ll be working from home, managing (either directly or through influence) a team, and helping to reinvent customer service for clients located all over the world.
Success in this role is a combination of quality recruits, quality processes, financial metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
**What Will You Do**:
- Ensuring a high-quality standard of human resources
- Build a team of excellent HR
- Oversee the implementation and development critical programs under Human Resources including but not limited to Organizational Development, Training, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and benefits, Labor Compliance, and People Engagement
- Lead continuous process improvement, training, and initiatives to support organizational needs.
- Create and implement necessary policies and standard operating procedures applicable to the current state and needs of the organization.
- Manage the entire People Management & Development team and provide developmental and coaching plans across.
- Coordinating and collaborating with other executives to align operations
- Identify trends and make necessary forecasts and plans
- Direct, organize, plan, and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
**Seniority Level**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, 8 years is preferable
