The Executive Director, Human Resources - LATAM serves as the senior HR leader for NCR Voyix across Latin America, with direct responsibility for Argentina and broader strategic oversight of the region. This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving performance through organizational design, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.

This leader will develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness programs, oversee HR operations and labor relations, and act as a key partner to regional business and global HR leaders. The Executive Director will also play a pivotal role in change management, succession planning, and building leadership capability to support NCR Voyix’s evolving business needs in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives that drive business performance and align with global priorities
- Lead change management efforts and provide resources and support to HR Business Partners to achieve functional transformation goals
- Oversee and evolve employee engagement strategy and initiatives across LATAM
- Enhance the capability of HR Business Partners by developing tools, frameworks, and guidance to address complex organizational challenges
- Act as a strategic advisor and change agent across business functions, championing a culture of agility and continuous improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of competency models used for selection, development, and succession planning
- Identify and develop high-potential talent to meet current and future leadership needs
- Provide organizational design consulting and assess the effectiveness of training and development programs
- Ensure organizational effectiveness through scalable HR processes, both for organic growth and during M&A integrations
- Lead the execution of employee and labor relations strategies, including resolution of escalated matters beyond Tier I HR support
- Partner with global HR functions to align regional HR strategy with global initiatives and policies

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or organizational development role supporting LATAM
- Strong experience in employee relations, including grievances, performance issues, dismissals, and complex labor scenarios
- Proven success leading organizational design and large-scale change initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of LATAM employment laws, labor practices, and cultural dynamics
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across business and HR teams
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven HR practices
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a strong plus
- Experience working in or with a U.S.based multinational preferred
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally as needed
