**Job Summary**
Responsible for developing and providing technical and operational training for the dealership network, as well as monitoring new products in the field (NPI) for self-knowledge and development of technical training material. Will be also responsible for updating these materials whenever there are changes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting up technical material (Trainings)
- Delivering technical trainings for dealers
- Delivering trainings for dealers multipliers (Train the trainer)
- Delivering trainings for internal departments Agco (Train the trainer)
- Visit to dealerships
- Visit to customers (Retail and Prime)
- Monitoring new products in the field in order to develop material for trainings (NPI)
- Support departmente in the projects
- Monitoring with Customer support department, improvement opportunities in order to deliver more quality in our trainings
**Experience and qualifications**:
- Easy going;
- Completed College
- Handle conflict;
- Speak english is mandatory (Speak Portuguese is a differential and desirable)
- Able to speak in public;
- Able to travel; (40% of the time)
- Driver's license - Able to deliver technical training in the dealer, customer or internal
