Our Engineering area is composed of many teams that specialize in different aspects of our platform and infrastructure, but work in constant collaboration. As Engineering Project Manager, you’ll keep a wide perspective on the entire area to continuously improve our practices and standards. Additionally, you will help coordinate the execution of complex multi-team projects from planning to rollout, ensuring that our company meets its engineering goals.**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Maintain an over-arching view of the interactions between multiple teams to guarantee fluent communication and collaboration.
- Optimize efficiency through the creation, tuning, and formalization of cross-team processes.
- Ensure quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement across our Engineering area.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Review the tasks engineering teams are in charge of to ensure they fulfill company standards.
- Set and reassess standards and policies.
- Design and automate processes for Engineering.
- Escalate issues and coordinate solutions.
- Receive and reroute queries from various teams.

**About you**:

- Outstanding communication and organization skills.
- Excellent team work abilities.
- Ownership and autonomy.
- Crisis management.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Experience in a software development environment is a plus.
- Understanding of project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
