Your challenges and objectives

Your day-to-day activities
- Manage onboarding, performance management and mobility for all employees.
- Serve as the primary contact to assist employees in solving issues.
- Develop HR-oriented programs to positively impact change management.
- Assess employee development needs and recommend structure and career moves.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building.
