**Summary**

Our client is a billion-dollar lifestyle e-commerce company with over 1 million subscribers. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their highly visible and impactful Data Team.

**What you’ll do**:

- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques, to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Develop and implement data models to support business forecasting, predictive modeling, and other analytical needs.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by implementing data quality checks and addressing data anomalies and discrepancies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product management, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Data Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy, including data governance and data architecture.
- Reporting Automation: Identify opportunities for automating recurring reporting processes, increasing efficiency in data delivery to stakeholders

**Your background and skills will include**:

- Data Analysis Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis roles, with a track record of solving complex business problems through data analysis.
- Statistical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and clustering.
- Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Data Query Languages: Strong proficiency in data querying using SQL, and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Data Quality Management: Experience in data quality assessment and management, including data cleaning and validation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.

**These are big plus**:

- Machine Learning Experience: Experience with machine learning techniques and tools for predictive modeling.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Certifications: Industry-specific certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or related certifications.
