We are currently looking for a Jr Project Coordinator, with excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese to work for a technology and marketing project.

**What you´ll do**

You´ll be responsible for the successful execution of end-to-end (E2E) marketing campaigns in the LATAM and/or EMEA markets. This role involves overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating Account Admin and implementations, and managing project timelines, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute ad implementations flawlessly, adhering to client requirements and project timelines.
- Take ownership of projects/campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of stakeholders, potential risks, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with an agile mindset.
- Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach, anticipating client needs and offering assistance proactively.
- Comply with all quality checks to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, when providing instructions to clients. Demonstrate empathy and acknowledge the urgency of client/Account Manager requests.
- Identify and effectively resolve issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Develop a deep understanding of the team’s products, services, and industry best practices.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- **Portuguese**: Advanced
- **English**: Upper-intermediate or above
- **Spanish**:Intermediate or above
- Degree or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT/Copilot.
