**People & Benefits Analyst Sr - Join Us **
- **Tu día a día**:

- ** Administracion de personal**:

- Altas y bajas de personal
- Administracion de Obras sociales
- Bancos
- Nomina
- Manejo de sistemas de Gestión de HR
- Legajos
- Control de licencias ( Vacaciones,Mudanza, Medicas etc)
- Atención al cliente interno
- Trasladar indicadores del area
- ** Beneficios**
- Diseñar y administrar el programa de beneficios de la empresa, incluyendo seguros médicos, planes de pensiones, planes de bienestar, entre otros.
- Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores de beneficios y asegurar un excelente nível de servicio
- ** Cultura**
- Liderar iniciativas de comunicación interna para garantizar una comunicación efectiva y transparente en toda la organización.
- Organización de eventos de People Care
- Detectar necesidades de la compañía para así incrementar el clima laboral
- ** Cumplimiento legal y normativo**
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las leyes laborales y regulaciones aplicables para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
- Gestionar la documentación y los registros relacionados con los empleados, asegurando la confidencialidad y privacidad de los datos.
- **Sobre ti**:

- Al menos 5 años de experiência previa en funciones de gestión de recursos humanos (Deseable en empresas de tecnología)
- Experiência en responsabilidades de People Care
- Habilidades demostradas en la gestión de programas de beneficios y compensación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Orientación al detalle y habilidades analíticas.
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (Deseable)
- Conocimientos en Payroll (Deseable)
- Experiência en Sistemas de HR
- Inglés ( Intermedio)
