Corporate Development Analyst, Ar- Buenos Aires

Right now, we are looking for a **Corporate Development Analyst** to join our team at Globant

You will get the chance to:

- Analyze Companies, identify value propositions, work on financials, empathize with their cultures and learn about different industries.
- Create Company valuations, DCF and other financial models.
- Review the landscape identifying competitors and peers.
- Create and review legal documents (NDAs, Indication of Interest, Heads of Agreements, Letter of Intent, SPA, EPA among others).
- Produce presentations and reports with findings regarding Companies, Industries, trends and activities.
- Maintain Corporate Development's internal systems up to date.
- Participate in Due Diligence processes.
- Analyze different investment formats and execute upon, ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling.
- Assist in the structuring of transactions and negotiations with counterparties
- Develop business cases for transactions.
- Prepare the materials for the approvals process. Identifying key success factors of a deal from both a front and back office perspective.

What will help you succeed:

- Background in Accountant, Finance and Business Administration.
- Experience from an investment bank, M&A boutique, M&A or transaction services department from Big 4 or Corporate Development.
- Advanced English skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Being a team player in a remote-based world.
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
