A Customer Service Agent 1 will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter, capable of operating with mínimal day-to-day direction yet maintaining a high degree of proactivity and communication to clients and team members. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. The office environment is friendly and casual but will also require you to manage a high volume of calls involving inquiries and service issues.

**Essential Functions**
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer inquiries and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/billing concerns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Back-office work

**Required Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma/GED
- Microsoft Office and General Computer experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Advanced English Level
- Utility Industry is a plus
