**Customer Service Agent - Buenos Aires, AR (Monday - Friday 10 am-7 pm)
**The Customer Service Agent role is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career while working as part of a valued and collaborative global team.**
**About the role**
A Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter, capable of operating with mínimal day-to-day direction yet maintaining a high degree of proactivity and communication to clients and team members. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. The office environment is friendly and casual but will also require you to manage a high volume of calls involving inquiries and service issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer inquiries and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders/changes/billing concerns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Back-office work
- Work hours are Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm (EST)
**About you**
- High School Diploma/GED
- Microsoft Office and General Computer experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Advanced English Level
- Utility Industry is a plus
