**What You Will Do**:

- Based on our projected customer base growth, we foresee the need for a _**_Retention Marketing Specialist_**_ within the next 2-4 months to ensure we can effectively manage and nurture our expanding user community._

**Requirements**:
**What You Need**:

- Strong copywriting skills for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match different client brands.
- Clear understanding of the difference between marketing campaigns and automated flows, and knowing when to deploy each.
- Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data.
- Experience working within Shopify or directly supporting Shopify-based clients.
- A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to think through the entire customer journey and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
