**AdGoat** is a startup that specializes in delivering effective and innovative advertising and monetization solutions to the retail, finance, and e-commerce industries.

As a **Data Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing vast amounts of data from millions of weekly users looking at hundreds of millions of ads, using tools such as Looker Studio (Data Studio). You will help us gain insights into user behavior, ad performance, and other key metrics to improve our products and services.

**Responsibilities**
***:

- Design, create, and improve dashboards for product, monetization, and executives using Looker Studio.
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including user behavior data, ad performance data, and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and developers, to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and develop data models and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and recommendations, including marketing KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality through regular monitoring and data cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a digital advertising or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Experience working with SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
- Advanced level of english.

**Nice to have**
- Google App Scripts or any other programming language, BigQuery and ETLs.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
