Full-time HR Generalist with Extensive Recruitment

Americanflat is seeking a self-motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our company's culture and fostering a positive work environment.

As an HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR tasks and recruitment processes. Your key role ensures a seamless employee experience and the attraction of top-tier talent, making you a critical contributor to our ongoing success through the implementation of effective HR strategies and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Staffing:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods.

HR Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Employee Engagement:

- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand their needs and concerns.

Training and Development:

- Collaborate with HR Manager to identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support the implementation of professional development plans for employees.

Benefits Administration:

- Assist in administering employee benefit programs and address inquiries related to benefits.
- Ensure timely communication of benefit updates to employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment.
- Comprehensive understanding of US labor laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive mindset with a strong initiative to accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Experience with BambooHR and Notion is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work full time Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST (New York time).

Preferred location: Latin America & Caribbean
