Our Finance team helps oversee our financial affairs worldwide to ensure the continued growth of our capabilities and talent. They weigh every finance decision, no matter how big or small, to determine how it will affect the business, making them a key piece of RGA's operations and evolution.
Here's what you should know if you want to be a Senior Accountant at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- General assistance to Controller and Finance Director on reporting.
- Lead month end closing, including general Accounting review, provision calculation, and journal entries preparation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Assist with Budget Forecast updates, corrections and suggestions.
- Assist with Accounts Payable management as Invoice approver and troubleshooter.
- Improve and simplify processes.

**The ideal person**
- Has experience with SAP, or other similar ERPs
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal skills and works well with others in a diverse environment, including external stakeholders and other Finance team members.
- Is self-motivated and takes a hands-on approach to solving problems
- Is organized and pays extra attention to the details
- Is a master of Microsoft Excel
- Is able to lead month end processes and is comfortable working with deadlines
- Fluent in English

**You brinng**
- 3+ years' related experience, preferably in the advertising industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and CA/CPA preferred
