**Job Description**:
Analista de Recursos Humanos
Responsable por gestionar los procesos de HR en Planta Garin.
Perfil 60% Hard, 40% Soft.
100% presencial en Planta Garín.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Garantizar el Head count en Planta Garin (reclutamiento, selección, inducción, promoción).
- Realizar Alta de personal en sistema de gestión Workday y archivo físico.
- Desarrollar relaciones laborales con los delegados y sindicato.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas internas y generar sanciones por incumplimientos.
- Coordinar capacitaciones. Documentar y archivar los entrenamientos.
- Elaborar y controlar las estadísticas de ausentismo y salud ocupacional.
- Controlar entrega de EPPs y colaborar con mantener el archivo documentación de entregas actualizado.
- Participar en el comité de ZH (Cero Accidente) en la planta, detectar incidentes en la planta.
- Aplicar todo lo solicitado por HR regional en planta (capacitaciones, sustentabilidad, ZH, proyectos, sistemas, políticas)
- Llevar ordenadamente tareas administrativas relacionadas con el personal.
- Ejecutar el plan de comunicación interna de la planta.
- Realizar actividades de mejora de clima laboral y celebraciones.
- Contratar, evaluar y controlar a los proveedores de HR en planta (COUPA).
- Dar seguimiento a Medicina laboral / ART.
- Aplicar Políticas de atracción, retención y motivación del personal de planta.
Características esenciales:
- Lic en Recursos Humanos o Lic en Relaciones del Trabajo
- Inglés intermedio -avanzado
Experiência
Al menos 5 años en:
- Plantas productivas con actividad sindical.
- Experiência dentro del área de RRHH, en especial Relaciones Laborales, Administración de Personal y Payroll, Sanciones y CCT. O Perfil Generalista.
- Conocimiento de procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección.
- Experiência en comunicación interna.
- Desarrollo de relaciones interpersonales

Bachelors - Human Resources Management

3 - 5 years
