Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and evaluate IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.- Design and implement efficient IT solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with technical teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.- Perform system testing and validation procedures.- Provide technical support and training to end-users.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.- Maintain and update system documentation.- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.- Build and support low code solutions.- Build and/or enhance integrations with Workday HCM modules.-
- Build data sets and visualization using standard tools, primarily Workday Report Writer.- Build data quality scripts necessary for data integrity across environments (SIT/Dev/UAT/Prod).

Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions using Workday HCM, specifically in Learning Management, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition modules.- Proficient communication and facilitation skills with the ability to convey business and technical information to a diverse audience.- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage difficulties with persistence.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with Report Writer.- Ability to communicate with business to understand, gather, and document requirements.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and API integrations.-
- Familiarity with integration patterns (API, Messaging).- Experience with BIRT.- Knowledge of Workday Extend.
