**Requirements**:

- Ser estudiante universitario de las carreras de Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Comunicación, Arquitectura, Diseño o afines
- Amplio conocimiento de PC (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Nível de inglés: Intermedio
- 3 y 5 años de experiência en tareas relacionadas con la administración de oficinas y edificios con dotación de personal importante

**Responsibilities**:
Dirección de obra, supervisión y coordinación de obra.

Asegurarse de que el edificio cumple con los requisitos en materia de Seguridad e Higiene y la legislación local.

Coordinar la asignación de espacios, mudanzas internas y externas, supervisar los trabajos a realizar y dar visibilidad a las etapas de avance. Actualizaciones de Utilización y Reportes de Ocupación

Mantener actualizados los documentos relacionados con los procesos y procedimientos del área.

Participar y administrar el presupuesto anual.

Garantizar la seguridad física de las oficinas. Monitoree el sistema CCTV y el sistema HVAC
Seguimiento de las tareas y desempeño del equipo a cargo junto con la coordinación y supervisión del servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza.

Cooperación con otras áreas de GL que requieran apoyo o que trabajen con ES en las mismas tareas (por ejemplo, Finanzas, Legal, RRHH, Marketing)

Reuniones periódicas con los proveedores más importantes y participación activa en la elaboración de contratos. Seguimiento de su desempeño y actualización del área de compras.

Implementación y mantenimiento de estándares, procedimientos y planes utilizando sistemas administrativos de oficina (Google Drive, Google calendar, ERP, HelpDesk, etc.)

Participación en auditorías departamentales.
Gestión de tareas administrativas generales: Cargos PR y Recepción de OP, Control y análisis de consumo energético, trámites municipales y gubernamentales, administración de garajes internos y externos.

Inducción a nuevos ingresos

Gestionar las actividades y control del programa GL Green
