**The Role**:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and testers to align business goals with technical solutions.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- **Analysis and Documentation**: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and document requirements using use cases, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and wireframes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and testers to refine requirements and ensure a shared understanding of business needs.
- **Solution Design**: Assist in designing software solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring continuous and effective communication.
- **Testing and Validation**: Participate in the development and execution of user test plans to validate that solutions meet business needs.
- **Project Support**: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including change management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback and insights for the ongoing enhancement of products, services, and business analysis processes.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a software engineering or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirement gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Aha, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A ‘shift left’ mindset, emphasizing that quality is built into software from the requirement stage.
- Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Product Owner (CSPO) certifications are a plus but not required.
