**What you´ll do as a **Business Analyst Intern** BTS**

**Development**
- **Collaborate with internal teams** to support project management and result measurement of our customized learning solutions.
- **Ensure quality assurance **by meticulously reviewing deliverables, conducting testing on simulations, and assisting with translations.
- **Contribute to the design of learning programs **aligned with strategy and business priorities drawing upon your own skills, knowledge and structured information gathering from key stakeholders within each client.
- **Support in interviews **with clients to gain a deep understanding of their company's critical business, people-related and cultural challenges, and the levers for driving success.

**Sales & Marketing**
- **Support the marketing team with event planning**, attendee coordination, and materials preparation for events.
- **Work collaboratively with our Marketing & Sales enablement team **to identify new sales opportunities within the region.
- Participate in client sales meetings and **provide support to Account Managers** throughout the sales cycle.

**What we are looking for**
- Currently in the **last two years of university** studying a relevant degree, such as business, marketing, human resources, communication.
- **Excellent communication, confident presentation skills and fluency in Spanish and English**. Knowledge of another language (especially Portuguese or Italian) will be looked upon favorably but is not a requirement.
- Interest in **strategy, leadership, organizational culture, project management and consultative selling**.
- Strong **analytical skills** and **ability to synthesize complex information** for effective solutions.
- And above all - someone who **enjoys working in a fun environment**, led by the principles of freedom and responsibility, and demonstrates **curiosity to understand our clients and how to help them get better results** **to enable their people to do the best work of their lives**.
